Richard C. Wolfe has a Juris Doctor and LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law, and he spent 10 years as a Certified Public Accountant. For the past 25 years, he has been given the highest rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell. He is board certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation since 2010. For the past 5 years, he has been recognized as a Super Lawyer ™ and as an outstanding lawyer by the South Florida Legal Guide in the areas of Entertainment Law, Probate litigation and Business Litigation. Richard has lectured or has served as an adjunct professor at the following law schools: Univ of Miami, St Thomas, Nova Southeastern and Florida Coastal. He has been published numerous times in the Florida Bar Journal and has also lectured for the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and at the Southeast Regional Conference on Entertainment and Intellectual Property law, for which he has served as the co-chair for the past 5 years.


He practices entertainment law (transaction and litigation), including film, television and music, business planning, intellectual property, probate litigation, royalty disputes, copyright claims and artist/athlete endorsement contracts, probate and trust litigation and business litigation. Richard has tried cases in state and federal courts in Florida, New York, Tennessee, Texas, and California. He has received more than 45 published decisions.


In the area of film, he has represented film and TV producers in over 35 feature films, including acquisition, business structure, production contracts, accounting, and distribution: handling two negative pickup bank financing transactions. Theatrical releases have included: Midnight Crossing; The Unholy; It Had To Be You; Village of the Damned; Hammerhead Jones; The Victims; Scarecrow; South Beach; Night Caller; Summer Job and The New Adventures of Flipper.


In the music industry, he has provided representation to over 40 major and independent record companies, publishing companies, distribution companies, numerous prominent artists and producers on transactions and litigation matters. He has negotiated more than 250 recording and publishing contracts on behalf of or with many artists and record companies, including Plies, Marilyn Manson, Slash (Guns N Roses), Pyramid Records, Latinum Records, Lil’ Joe Records, Luke Records, and many others.


Some of the artists and producers he has represented include: The Beatles, 2 Live Crew, MC Shy D, DJ Laz, Willy Chirino, Lissette, Plies, Expose, Nuclear Valdez, Daisy Berkowitz, (Marilyn Manson), Tony Bongiovi, Kymani Marley, Luther Campbell, Crease, Cameo, Blac Haze, Al’s Not Well, Rush, Rudy Perez, Paul Trust, PYT, Circle House Studios, Calton Coffie , Inner Circle, Slash, DJ Magic Mike, DJ Madness, Larry Blackmon, DJ Spin, Marco Flores, Adam Duggins, Pilar Montenegro, Scott Storch, Kike Santander, Myriam Hernandez, Members of Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Marilyn Manson.

Mr. Wolfe has been or is a member of the following organizations: Florida Film and Recording Institute (past President), Florida Film Producers Association, Florida Screenwriters Association, Florida Motion Picture & Television Association, National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences and Entertainment law Section of the Florida Bar (past Chairman), . Mr. Wolfe has lectured or taught courses at University of Miami Film School, Master of Fine Arts, on Legal Aspects of Film Production; St. Thomas Law School, Professor of Entertainment Law; and Florida International University, Professor, Entertainment Law & Business. Mr. Wolfe was the Chairman of ARTEC Fundraising Committee Sponsored by Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce which obtained a $450,000 matching grant from the Annenberg Foundation and has served as Executive Producer of the Jam Miami All Star Latin Jazz LP released by Concord Records and was the Executive Producer of the PBS special of the same title.


Richard Wolfe is on the Board of two Not-for-Profits that are near and dear to his heart. The first is Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Miami where he mentored a boy who has exceeded all expectations and who is still considered his little brother. The second is Island Dolphin Care where he takes pride in the work that this exceptional organization does for children with disabilities and military with PTSD.

Mason R. Wolfe

Mason Wolfe is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.  He has always had a passion for Sports, Entertainment, and Intellectual Property Law.  He attended the University of Central Florida for his undergraduate education, where he graduated with his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Legal Studies.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2016.  

 As an attorney, Mason primarily practices civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial and entertainment industry matters, including television and music, business planning, intellectual property, royalty disputes, copyright claims, artist/athlete/influencer endorsement contracts, probate and trust litigation, and business litigation. Mason currently serves as in house counsel to several independent music labels, Artists, BlockChain Technology Companies, NFT Companies, and Entertainment Management Companies, and has provided representation to numerous publishing and distribution companies, as well as many prominent artists, producers, promoters, and managers on transactional and litigation matters. He has amassed a large client base of prominent social media influencers, primarily on the Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and OnlyFans platforms. 

Mason is a proud member of the EASL organization, is heavily involved in the North American Sports Entertainment and IP Law Summit, and a member of the Florida Dive Bar. He has lectured at Florida International University College of Law and the North American Sports Entertainment and IP Law Summit. Lastly, Mason is very involved in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Miami Organization, providing mentorship to at risk youth.

Aimee Jimenez

Sr. Paralegal

Aimee is the Sr. Paralegal for Wolfe Law Miami, P.A. She joined Wolfe Law Miami in 2012. Aimee has vast experience involving complex litigation cases, which she uses daily in our Litigation Department. During her tenure with Wolfe Law Miami, she has drafted pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence as well as prepares documents for disclosure. She also prepares for and attends trails, and has become skilled in the use of Trial Director Software for evidence presentation in Trial. Aimee is an integral part of our “Wolfe Pack”.

Prior to joining our firm, Aimee worked as a Judicial Assistant for a Circuit Court Judge at the Dade County Courthouse, where she assisted in both State and Criminal Court and Jury Trials. Aimee received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Miami and has worked as a Paralegal since 1994.

Al Rivera

Legal Assistant

Al is our Legal Assistant. He handles the coordination, scheduling, and setting of all case depositions, mediations, and hearings. Al manages and monitors case calendars pertinent to case deadlines and other time sensitive matters. He handles the submission of all case documentation to both the State and Federal courts through their respective electronic filing systems. Additionally, Al establishes and organizes the case files by documenting actions and updating the file databases and case management software accordingly. Further, he maintains contact with and apprises our clients as to their case status and case progress. Al also helps conduct legal research, providing case support by compiling and organizing case materials for mediation conferences, depositions, hearings, and trials.

Al attending Florida International University. He joined Wolfe Law Miami after working for several years at a national firm where he supported its Mass Torts Litigation practice. Al has been an asset to our firm for the last 9 years!

Tiffany Camejo

In House CPA

Tiffany Camejo, CPA has been with Wolfe Law Miami since inception. As the financial controller of our firm, she handles Wolfe Laws full accounting cycle. She brings years of diverse tax, financial, and business consulting experience to our Legal Firm.

Tiffany, a true Miami native, is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and earned her Bachelors of Business Administration, Accounting degree from the University of Miami. Afterwards, she received her Master of Science in Taxation degree from Florida International University, and shortly thereafter received her CPA license. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
